JoJo Goes Green! ...Emerald’s More Like It.

William “Bill” Neiman loves football. Bill Neiman follows JoJo Earle. Bill Neiman has followed JoJo Earle since the onset of his high school football journey. ...and what a journey it has been! In the course of 4 years, JoJo Earle, a God-fearing, scholar athlete has experienced 4 state-championship appearances, 3 state-championship wins, a Wingstop/Inside High School Sports bobble head reception, The Tom Landry Award of Excellence acceptance, and ultimately an illustrious University of Alabama {Crimson Tide} commitment. It couldn’t have happened to a more deserving individual than JoJo Earle. He is an exemplar of the age-old adages: “Hard work pays off” and “When you are good at what you do, people notice.”

Mr. Neiman, as he is affectionately called, took notice and learned of JoJo Earle’s relation to his former professional launderer, Sharon Kay, through their Monday morning football debriefings. Thanks to divine intervention and the assistance of Donna, the Activities Director of Emerald Hills Rehabilitation Center in North Richland Hills, Texas and former associate Sharon Kay, Mr. Neiman got the visit of a lifetime.

Tuesday, February 2, 2021 was a day to remember. Mr. Neiman met the young man he has grown to love and know vicariously through his television screen and newspaper articles in person. JoJo Earle gave back to his anonymous fan by taking time to share. Sharing his accolades, his accomplishments, etc. with Mr. Neiman and the Emerald Hills team left a lasting impression.

If we believe the children are our future indeed, then teaching them the power of “Sharing is Caring” is paramount. More importantly, they learn when we take time to share with those who have nothing to give but adoration and support, it is of great price in the eyes of God. When we give, as God so loved the world that He gave, it is the greatest service to Him. ...and who wouldn’t want to serve a God who so loved that He gave?

JoJo Earle’s service to God is evident in practically everything he does on and off the football field. He is an anointed one of God chosen to demonstrate the power of God’s grace toward humanity. He is a selfless individual who has learned the power of humility, teamwork and sharing. In truth, being a young man on his mission, he too, has come short of God’s glory and erred in the way. The difference is in JoJo’s ability to rise above personal hardships and persevere to his end goals. His determination and commitment to excellence are idealistic.

Service to God and service to fellow man are the little things that separate the ordinary from the extraordinary. JoJo Earle has learned the lesson. God sees, He knows and He rewards according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus our Lord. Blessings in Jesus’ name to JoJo Earle, Mr. William “Bill” Neiman, Donna and the awesome team at Emerald Hills Rehabilitation Center, Sharon Kay, Cedric and Teresa Robinson (Team Jesus) and the ever-loving Anchored Ministries of Fort Worth family.
